Welcome to Fairburn Community Primary School’s website. My name is Emma Cornhill and I have been the Head Teacher here since 2007. Here at Fairburn, our sole aim is to provide the highest standard of education possible in a caring, safe environment where children are happy and enjoy coming to school.

We provide a relevant curriculum which is personalised according to each child’s particular needs.

All children are included in every aspect of school life and they have a strong pupil voice.

We are very proud of our school and collectively we all work to continually improve it. The staff team ethos is very strong because everyone cares about the children and the families that we work alongside.

Being part of the local community is very important to us and we are very keen that the children engage with village life as much as possible and develop an understanding of the local area around them.

The different areas of the website will hopefully answer any questions you have. If not please do not hesitate to ring and book an appointment to look around.
